🏖 Early Arrival — La Banya Beach Bar
If you arrive before your apartment is ready, La Banya Beach Bar is just 200 metres away. Relax with burgers, club sandwiches and more. Mention you are guests of Dave & Ursula at Korcula Luxury Apartments before ordering and you should receive a 10% discount. We will store your luggage and transfer it once cleaning is complete.
🚗 Parking
Garages are open 24 hours during the summer season. Please park only in the bay allocated to your apartment. Guests in Penthouse 3 Lavanda will receive a garage remote attached to their key.
🗑 Waste Disposal
Large green refuse bins are in the garage and are emptied daily.

🚿 Water Boiler Switch
Some apartments have a switch beside the bathroom light switch that must remain ON AT ALL TIMES. This powers the water boiler — switching it off means cold showers!
If multiple guests shower simultaneously, hot water may run out. Allow approximately 30 minutes for the boiler to reheat.
🍳 Induction Stove
All stoves are induction. You must place a pot on the relevant plate before switching it on — it will not activate otherwise.
🔥 Oven
For best results use the convection / fan-assist setting. Press the ▶ button three times, then adjust the temperature.
👕 Washing Machine
For a standard cold wash, select the shirt-with-a-7 cycle (57 minutes), or choose any other cycle you wish.
💨 Dryer
All dryers collect water in a drawer (top right-hand side). This must be emptied when full — the dryer will stop and display FULL. Once emptied and the drawer replaced, drying resumes automatically.
By Ferry / Catamaran
Several shipping companies connect Split, Orebić and Dubrovnik with Korčula. The ferry from Orebić takes just 15 minutes.
